SPRAGWERKS NO LONGER ACCEPTS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THROUGH OUR SHOPPING CART(FOXY CART). ALL PAYMENTS ARE HANDLED THROUGH PAYPAL. IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD, YOU MAY USE PAYPALS CC PROCESSING SYSTEM,YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO DO THIS.

Your shipping options are available for your selection during checkout. For USPS shipping, we charge a handling fee to cover the cost of the insurance.

Your order will ship within 3 – 10 business days, depending whether your order is in-stock or needs to be made. Spragwerks prides itself in offering accessories that are created and hand-finished wholly by Rich himself. This means that your Spragwerks purchase is sometimes made to order, and always one-of-a-kind. On the rare occasion that an item will take a little longer than usual, we’ll let you know as close to the date that you ordered as possible. If your order is time-sensitive, please note that during checkout. (If you’ve purchased expedited shipping, you don’t need to note the time-sensitivity.)

Next, we ship domestic orders using USPS Priority with insurance, and shipping takes 2 – 3 business days.

International and Expedited domestic orders are shipped via FedEx.  You can choose FedEx as your shipping option for expedited shipping during checkout. A special note about international orders: there are some countries that WILL NOT ALLOW JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES or precious metal to be shipped in. Russia is one of those countries. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please take a look at your country’s shipping/customs policies prior to completing your order.  International orders (excluding Canada) may take up to 10 business days, depending on the type of service purchased and the country. (Standard service to the Canary Islands, for instance…)

If you suspect your order has been lost or not processed, send us an email with your name, address, order/receipt number, and what you ordered.

2. What about OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Expedited shipping options are available only to receive your order overnight WHEN THE ORDER IS READY. All Spragwerks jewelry pieces are created and finished by hand. Then, orders are packaged and shipped by hand. It’s very rare – even with all our mojo – to get an order out the same day it was received for next-day arrival. If we have your order on hand, we will do our best to ship it within one or two days. But if we have to make your order, it still may take 6 – 10 business days until it’s ready to ship. We aim to please, though – we’ll do everything we can to get it out as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping address correct?
Orders are shipped to the address you give us. Although we’ll do our best to check addresses prior to shipping, Spragwerks cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping vendor, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

4. Shipping to your place of work?
If shipping to your place of work, be sure to include ‘c/o Your Workplace’ with your address! Otherwise, you may not receive your package!

5. Email address correct?
PLEASE provide us with your current email address, and not a junk account. Spragwerks does not share or sell your personal information. Your order may be delayed if we have any questions and cannot get in touch with you. Orders with incomplete information are held until we receive an email reply with full order information.

6. What about postage for exchanges or returns?
If the reason for return is a mix-up on our part, we will provide you with an emailed shipping label to print. Please read through our Exchange, Repairs, or Warranty policies under Terms of Use for detailed instructions on returning items to Spragwerks. Please DO NOT ship something to us without reading our Terms of Use first! After you receive an email from us asking you to send an order back, you can ship it however you like – USPS, UPS, FedEx – whatever floats your boat. If you use USPS, be sure to purchase insurance. Spragwerks is not responsible for returning items that don’t make it to us – using insurance is a good way to prevent a total loss should something happen (and it does sometimes happen…).
